Impact assessments

Reaction

The REACTS measure is available within the Training Evaluation Toolkit

Learning

Reflective practice prompts are included at the end of each video

The Intended Learning Outcomes can be rated before and after viewing the videos using this form: https://www.digitallearningmap.nhs.scot/the-training-evaluation-toolkit/tools-to-measure-learning/

Behaviour

The Reflective Practice prompts indicate potentially helpful changes in practice and service delivery and could be used to audit any changes in these by adapting the resources included in the Training Evaluation Toolkit

A key outcome, that will be monitored by NES, is that the staff who are put forward for full ADOS-2 training are the right staff, who understand that training is a big commitment and who have capacity to complete Autism assessments as a major part of their job role.
