Tools to measure reaction

  • What the learners thought and felt about the training. Satisfaction with training feedback sheets can help with this.

  • This can be as simple as asking participants to leave post-it notes with comments on.

  • REACTS Digital Feedback Form (opens in a new window), click on the ‘DUPLICATE IT’ button to create your own feedback form: This will allow you to capture feedback from learners about their satisfaction with the event, the management and support from facilitators as well as their view of the learning and how it will influence their practice. 

Reflective prompt: Think about how you might use REACTION data to enhance a learning event, so it suits learner needs better the next time you run it.
